Merge PDFs online, in the order you want
How to merge PDFs
Choose two or more PDF files. Review their first-page previews, drag cards into the order you want, or use the Move earlier and Move later controls. Add or remove files before merging.
Select Merge PDF, then download the combined file. All pages from each source are copied in the order shown. The result is checked for the expected page count before download.
Your files stay in your browser
Olivez reads the PDFs, makes previews, combines their pages, and prepares the download locally in your browser. The documents are not uploaded to Olivez.
The tool accepts up to 25 PDFs, 50 MiB per file, and 200 MiB combined. Browser memory can impose a lower practical limit, especially on phones. Password-protected files must be unlocked before merging.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the file order?
Yes. Drag file cards, or use Move earlier and Move later. All pages inside each file stay in their original order.
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. Previews, merging, and output verification happen in your browser.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
No. Unlock or export them without a password before adding them.
Will page sizes change?
No. Regular page content keeps its original dimensions. Interactive forms, bookmarks, and digital signatures may not carry over to the merged PDF.
