Olivez is a utility website for developers, educators, and anyone who just needs a tool, right when they need it. It is built to provide useful results without confusing the user.
Why Olivez exists
Sometimes you just need a tool. You shouldn't have to search through websites or apps, figure out how something works when you already know what you want, or deal with a bunch of unnecessary stuff on the page that makes it difficult and time-consuming.
This is why Olivez came to life: to make things simple and easy for users, with a clean and elegant UI/UX, while also showing you what's happening behind the scenes.

For the knowledgeable fellas
If you already know what you're doing but want to know what's happening under the hood, Olivez shows you the formulas, assumptions, units, sources, and other details when they matter.
Honesty
If a result is an estimate, depends on certain assumptions, or has limitations, we'll tell you instead of pretending it's perfect.
I don't want your data
Whenever we can, calculations and file operations happen right on your device. If a tool needs a server or another service, we'll be upfront about it.
Accuracy and sources
I try to make sure the tools on Olivez give you accurate and useful results. When a tool uses a formula or conversion, I check the underlying logic and, where needed, use reliable sources for the information behind it.
That doesn't mean every result will be right for every situation. Some tools depend on assumptions, rules, or information that can change. When that matters, I'll try to make it clear instead of pretending the result is always perfect.
