By accessing or using Olivez, you agree to these Terms of Use. You should also read the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website. Instructions, limits, warnings, or notices shown within a particular tool also apply when you use that tool.

If you use Olivez on behalf of a business, organisation, or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

Olivez provides free online calculators, converters, generators, validators, reference material, and utility tools for general informational, educational, planning, and practical use.

Some tools calculate or transform values. Others may process text, images, documents, spreadsheets, archives, or other files selected from your device. A tool may also use an Olivez server-side service to retrieve reference data needed for its function. Certain features may create shareable links or make a request to an external service when you choose to use that feature.

Olivez does not currently provide user accounts, permanent cloud storage, or a guaranteed backup service.

Subject to these terms, you may use Olivez for lawful personal, educational, professional, or commercial tasks.

This permission is limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. It does not grant ownership of the website, source code, branding, design, written content, datasets, or other material belonging to Olivez or its licensors.

You may link to public Olivez pages and refer to Olivez honestly. You may not suggest that Olivez endorses, certifies, sponsors, or is affiliated with you unless that relationship has been agreed in writing.

You retain any rights you already hold in the values, text, images, documents, archives, and other material you provide to a tool.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right and permission to use, process, transform, download, or share that material. Do not use Olivez in a way that violates privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, contractual, employment, or other legal obligations.

Olivez does not claim ownership of material selected solely for local processing on your device. A server-assisted data lookup, external URL, network request, email, or another connected service may transmit the information needed for that feature as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Do not enter passwords, private keys, payment-card details, confidential records, or other highly sensitive information unless a tool clearly states that it is suitable for that purpose.

Tool results depend on the information you provide, the selected settings, formulas, assumptions, rounding rules, data sources, browser capabilities, and supported formats.

You are responsible for checking the inputs and reviewing each result or downloaded file before relying on it, publishing it, importing it into another system, sharing it, replacing an original file, or using it for an important decision.

Keep an unchanged backup before using a tool that transforms a file or dataset. Olivez is not responsible for storing, restoring, or recovering your original material.

Rights, licences, confidentiality duties, and other restrictions attached to source material continue to apply to any transformed or generated output where applicable.

Nutrition and food-composition results depend on the selected food record and the underlying reference data. Foods can vary by preparation, formulation, moisture, sampling, analytical method, and other factors, and a dataset may not contain every nutrient or serving value. A missing nutrient value should not be interpreted as zero unless zero is actually reported.

You must use Olivez lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Use the website to violate a law, court order, contract, or the rights of another person
• Introduce, distribute, test, or attempt to execute malware, destructive code, or harmful files
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Olivez, its infrastructure, administrative areas, connected systems, or another person's device or information
• Interfere with the security, availability, monitoring, performance, or normal operation of the website
• Bypass technical protections, access restrictions, rate limits, or security controls
• Use automated requests or bulk extraction in a way that creates unreasonable load or disrupts the service
• Use Olivez content, branding, or results to impersonate another person or make a false claim of endorsement, approval, or certification
• Use a share link or external-request feature to expose information that you are not authorised to disclose
• Copy, republish, sell, or systematically reproduce substantial parts of the website without permission or another lawful basis

This section does not prohibit normal use by legitimate search engines, accessibility tools, browsers, link-preview services, or reasonable research that does not harm the service or bypass technical controls.

Olivez and its original website design, branding, source code, written explanations, graphics, interfaces, and compiled content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

References, standards, formulas, product names, trademarks, datasets, and third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

You may quote or link to public Olivez content where permitted by law and with appropriate attribution. You may not remove ownership notices, present Olivez content as your own, or create a misleading copy of the service.

You may send corrections, bug reports, feature requests, and other feedback through the Contact page.

Do not submit confidential ideas or information you are not authorised to share. Olivez may review, use, adapt, or implement non-confidential feedback without an obligation to build a requested feature, pay compensation, or treat the submission as confidential.

Honest criticism, reviews, comparisons, and reports of problems are welcome. Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict lawful and truthful commentary about Olivez.

Olivez may link to official sources, documentation, research, platforms, products, websites, or other third-party services. Some features may also contact another service when you request network information, import data from a public URL, use analytics-enabled pages, or interact with advertising.

Third-party services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy practices, pricing, content, availability, and security controls. Olivez does not control or guarantee them.

You are responsible for reviewing any terms that apply before using an external service or sending information to it.

Olivez may update, correct, add, remove, limit, replace, suspend, or discontinue a tool or feature at any time. The website may also become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security concerns, technical failures, provider changes, or events outside reasonable control.

Olivez does not guarantee that every feature will remain available permanently or work with every device, browser, operating system, extension, privacy setting, file format, or external service.

Tool descriptions, formulas, references, and other content may be corrected or updated when an error, changed standard, or better source is identified.

Olivez is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Olivez does not guarantee that the website or any result will be error-free, uninterrupted, complete, current, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Olivez does not provide personalised medical, nutrition, dietary, legal, tax, investment, accounting, engineering, regulatory, or other professional advice. Nutrition and food-composition tools provide informational reference calculations, not individual dietary recommendations. Using a tool does not create a professional, fiduciary, practitioner, client, or advisory relationship.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Olivez is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made using an unverified result.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights and liability arising from fraud or deliberate wrongdoing.

Olivez may block or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, providers, or the public from abuse, unlawful activity, excessive automated traffic, security threats, or violations of these terms.

Because Olivez does not currently require accounts, a restriction may involve blocking requests, addresses, automated systems, or particular uses rather than suspending an account.

These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and any notices displayed within a tool form the terms that apply to your use of Olivez.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights under these terms without permission. Olivez may transfer the operation of the website and these terms as part of a lawful reorganisation, sale, or transfer, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

These terms do not remove consumer, privacy, accessibility, or other legal rights that apply to you and cannot lawfully be waived. You remain responsible for following the laws that apply to your use of the website.

These terms may be updated when Olivez changes its tools, providers, policies, business model, security practices, or legal obligations.

The last-updated date at the top of this page will be revised when a new version is published. Material changes may also be highlighted elsewhere on the website when appropriate.

Continued use after revised terms take effect means that the revised terms apply to your later use, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
