Privacy Policy

Most calculators, converters, and file tools process the information you provide on your device. Those inputs and files are not uploaded to Olivez to produce the result.

A few features work differently. The Nutrition Calculator sends food searches to an Olivez server to retrieve database records. The JSON to CSV Converter can also fetch data from a public URL you enter. In that case, your browser contacts the website at that URL.

Some tools save preferences, recent and favorite tools, entered values, or other tool settings in your browser. This information is not synced to an Olivez account.

The footer’s “Clear saved data” control removes Olivez local and session storage. It does not clear cookies or every other type of browser data. You can manage those through your browser settings.

Some tools include values or settings in shareable URLs. Anyone with the full link may be able to read them. Information in URL query parameters may also appear in browser history, server logs, or analytics records. Avoid putting sensitive information in links you share.

When you open an external link or use a feature that requests information from another website, that website may receive your IP address and ordinary request details.

Olivez uses Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and security or performance data. The website also uses Cloudflare’s performance measurement service.

Olivez uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and page activity, and Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and other parties involved in ad delivery may collect or process information using cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, browser details, and other identifiers. This can support measurement, advertising, fraud prevention, and, where permitted, ad personalization.

These services operate separately from tool calculations. A tool processing its input locally does not prevent analytics or advertising services from processing website usage information.

You can read how Google uses information from partner sites, manage ad personalization in My Ad Center, and manage cookies through your browser. Where a consent message is provided, you can use its controls.

If you email Olivez, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use this correspondence to respond to questions, investigate reports, and handle requests. Email providers also process messages as part of delivering and storing them.

Data saved only in your browser remains there until it is changed or cleared. Contact messages are kept as needed to address the correspondence and related operational or legal matters. Hosting, analytics, and advertising data are retained under the relevant providers’ settings and policies.

Olivez uses service providers for hosting, analytics, advertising, database lookups, and email. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.

You can remove locally saved tool data, manage cookies, and use any applicable advertising consent controls. Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent.
